About Rain Outreach Ministry
After many dedicated years of service, God planted in the hearts of Pastors Dwayne and Keri Fraser, the Vision of an International Ministry committed to reaching out to those in need with the love of Jesus Christ. Giving birth to the Vision, Rain Outreach Ministry was founded on February 13, 2002. This ministry encompasses the preaching, teaching, publication and music ministries of Pastors Dwayne and Keri Fraser. It also oversees the operational activities of the S.H.A.R.E community outreach program, the "Focus on Jesus" Radio Broadcast and "The Next Level" Empowerment Conferences as well as other Outreach programs.
It is our goal to work alongside other believers in building the Kingdom of God. Our mission is a commitment to Outreach. Our vision is a committed body of Spirit-filled believers reaching people of all ages, cultures and backgrounds through active evangelism; empowering lives through the ministry of intercessory prayer and the practical teaching of God's Word; equipping and maturing other believers thereby enabling them to fulfill their divine destiny and make a great impact in the lives of others.
Rain Outreach Ministry serves in the spirit of excellence. Our sincere love for the lost, wounded and broken, fuels our desire to also serve with integrity, compassion, dignity and respect in our community, nation and ultimately the world.
Pastors Dwayne and Keri Fraser have been called "for such a time as this". These two anointed vessels are a dynamic team operating in the gifts of the Spirit and influencing countless lives with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Their powerful, personal testimonies unveil their hearts, revealing their successes and struggles, triumphs and trials, to the end that in all things God would receive the Glory. In fulfilling a prophetic word that they have been "Called to the Nations", Pastors Dwayne and Keri Fraser are determined to leave a legacy of hope that reaches to All Nations and impacts Future Generations.

Our Faith…
WE BELIEVE in the one everlasting, eternal God: infinite in power, Holy in nature, attributes and purpose; and possessing absolute, indivisible deity. This one true God has revealed himself as FATHER in creation, through His SON, in redemption; and as the HOLY GHOST, by emanation and in regeneration of the Church.
WE BELIEVE in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His Virgin birth, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in the blessed Hope of His personal visible future return.
WE BELIEVE the only means of being cleansed from sin is by repentance, baptism and through faith in the precious blood of Christ.
WE BELIEVE that the regeneration by the Holy Ghost is absolutely essential for personal salvation.
WE BELIEVE that the redemptive work of Jesus Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer.
WE BELIEVE in the saved going to the Kingdom of God for eternity, and the unsaved going to the lake of fire for eternity.
